Is this a good bench/weight set for a beginner?

It's an awesome deal. I'm pretty small (5'0" 120) and I'm looking to lift to tone up and lose body fat. I don't think I'll need anything heavier than 100 lbs to lift for a while. Thanks!

    I saw that the other day and it is a pretty good deal. You can also check Craigslist for lots of good used equipment.
