Am thrilled to say I dropped five lbs in my first week. I just wanted to give a shout out! I know I will not have a five lb loss each week but a great start in my new journey. I am over the moon!

    Congrats! I had a 5 lb loss this week as well and was absolutely THRILLED! I thought I was doing terrible haha. Best of luck to you! :)

    Congratulation. I started my diet and the gym on may 15 2013 a:wink: nd I lost 4lbs already. Keep doing what your doing. :-)

    That is a great start. No matter WHAT the scale says, in weeks that might be more or less, or even no change at all and small gains, you are doing your body good!
