Weight training at home

I was hoping some of you could give me advice on weight training at home. I find it hard to do weight training at the gym since I feel uncomfortable doing it when the gym is crowded. (Which is nearly all the time.) I have a set of dumb bells (5 lbs) and a kettle bell (10 lbs). Is there anything else I need? What type of exercises should I do? Are there any helpful sites I can look into?

Check out You Are Your Own Gym by Mark Lauren.
  • I try to keep it really simple. I have two 10 lb free weights. And I have a heavy body as well ;) I do squats, lunges, push ups, and curls with my weights. For push ups, I use the weights as leverage. I'm going to check out the title listed in the response above. I'd love to find some additional exercises.

fitnessblender.com--tons of free workout videos, various categories & difficulty levels. this is my favorite kettlebell workout: http://www.fitnessblender.com/v/workout-detail/Beginner-Kettlebell-Workout-Kells-Kettlebells-Routine/a7/

but definitely check out their website--they have lots of workouts to choose from, all for free.

Try http://jefit.com/ to make up your own workouts at home. It's an excellent website and a great tool for your smartphone/ tablet as well.
