I couldn't get it to post but someone fixed it and posted it a few comments under

I was 141 last summer i went through a rough time and gained back 29 lbs so far ive lost 8 lbs and i'm on day 3 of insanity and i've been doing 2 hrs of walking 2-3 times a week and running a bit when my knee doesnt give out. also doing a few 30 day challenges here and there. I've gone from a 12/14 to a 10 just within a few weeks and I'm also a mother of 4 children ages 7,3,2 & 16 months .. Feel free to add me I log everyday except im going out of town tomorrow and will be back wednesday evenning and prob wont be back on till Thursday so just a heads up if you do send a request

    Use the IMG code, then change the IMG at the beginning and end of the code to a lower case img and it will show up on the topic.

    No problem. You had the one with the url.
    I just took the IMG code out of it.

    From this

    [imgth_Untitled.jpg

    to this

    th_Untitled.jpg

    then changed the two IMG to img.

    Great work BTW!
