30 Day Ab and Squat Challenge Day 3

Congrats to all who completed day 2. Here is day 3 just a slight increase from what we did on day 2.

You can do just the 30 Ab Challenge by not do any of the squats if you are not interested in doing the squats. I had to modify the 30 Day Squat challenge so the days of rest fell on the same days.

So who is up for the challenge?????

Day 3
25 Sit-Ups
10 Crunches
10 Leg Raises
15 Sec Plank
50 Squats

    Done my abs are starting to hurt especially doing leg raises and sit ups. But I am in for the long haul.

    I know I am late in starting but have just come across this. Have an important date in exactly 32 days time so I would love to join the 30 day challenge - where do I find the whole month's schedule? Help!!
