My 1 Year Anniversary - Before and After Pics

So this past weekend was officially a year when I decided enough was enough and I was tired of, well being tired, getting larger size clothes and generally just not happy.
So I found MFP and started walking, that's it. I friend of mine from work last summer talked me into doing a triathlon as a sort of goal/motivation. Well, I just completed my first triathlon this past weekend, finished 26th overall and 1st in my age group. Podium on my first race! I was just happy to finish, but all of the hours spent in the gym, pool and road paid off. Now I have a race scheduled, 1 a month through September. I certainly caught the triathlon bug. All of you here too have been great motivation and I hope my story may serve the same purpose for someone else.
