Hi! My favorite part of MFP is the progress photos and success stories. When I get discouraged I read all these posts and scroll through photos. It is comforting to not be alone in this. You guys keep me motivated when I just want to stay in my pjs and eat ice-cream out of the box.
I am using my before photo as my avatar and I am still a ways from my "after", but, I have recently gone from obese to overweight and I wanted to share my progress. I am 5'5" ( for those using the search function to find twins ) and this is my journey so far....
