Just 10 lbs to go and I will be in the BMI healthy range - wahooo
Walking 3 peaks in a few weeks - wahooo

I'm like a couple of pounds from being in the healthy BMI range - my weight's been fluctuating recently so waiting until a couple more pounds are lost before I'm officially 'healthy'0 -

Hope you don't mind my concern but if you only have couple pounds to the BMI healthy - do you really need to loose 17lbs as your ticker sais?
I am absolutely no expert though, I guess the BMI healthy covers quite a weight range.0 -
No worries...I do want to be BMI healthy but I don't want to be teetering on the edge of being healthy and overweight. Right now I'm teetering between 24 and 26 BMI but would like to be around 22 on the scale which is bang in the middle between 18 and 25 - that's why I'm setting myself another 17lbs to lose0

Ah ok.
If I aim for a 22 BMI the calculator on here sais I need to go down to 10 stone - which for a 5ft 9" 'muscular bloke seems a bit low to me, that would mean I got another 2 stone to shift - crikey!!
I worry the BMI calc on here is a bit off .. I think I will (hopefully) see what I look like at current goal of 12st 6 (BMI 24 according to this site).

I am 12st 2, 5ft 9, with waist around the fattest bit is 41", age 44
I got 29 % fat - dangerous zone.
Pretty depressing0 -

dont worry bro, i started at about roughly 32% mid january, im now down to 26%0
