Insanity - Calories Burned

I am working through the Insanity Workout Programme, and never really knew how to log it on myfitnesspal. I read through a few posts on here and seen that some were logging it at 'aerobic - high impact', so had been doing that up until now. I have just invested in a good Heart Rate Monitor to accurately log calories burned, and through it would be useful to open up a thread on here to post the calories burned for each workout, just as a reference for anyone else doing it. I have just started Month 2, so I'll update each day as I go....

Your own results might vary depending on your sex, height weight/comp and how hard you work.
My details for comparison are: 29yrs, Male, 5'10", 190lbs, 28%BF...

Fitness Test - 27 Mins - 355 Calories Burned

Max Interval Circuit - 60 Mins - 981 Calories Burned
