Any big losers?

Just wondering if there are any really big losers who may be able to help me.

I have lost 245lbs since April 2011 so just over 2 years. I actually lost 220lbs in 18 months and have really struggled in the last 7 months or so to lose much more. I lost 25lbs very quickly in ketosis in February but since then have really not lost a lot.
I need to lose another 60lbs or so to get to 180lbs.

I lost the majority of weight eating pretty low calorie (between c. 800-1,000 cals). When that stopped working, I increased to 1,400 cals and lost another 60lbs or so and then it pretty much stopped (Sep, 2012) until I tried ketosis in February and lost 25lbs.

Once that stopped working I decided I need to do a metabolism reset, adopt the road map set out on FP and have been eating 2000 cals a day for the last 12 weeks or so, which is my TDEE.

I stayed away from the scales for the first 6 weeks (I’m a daily weigher!) and when I weighed myself after 6 weeks, I was the same as when I started eating at TDEE. Since then, I have stayed pretty much the same. My weight did start to go down very slowly at TDEE so after a couple of weeks of very small losses, I thought I was ready to cut.

I started the 20% cut last week and the scale is not budging. In fact, it is going up.

Am I not ready to cut?

I’d love to hear from anyone who has lost a lot of weight to see if they have any advice for the last part of your journey.
I am so frustrated at not being able to finish the job I’ve started.

Thank you in advance for any help.

You guys are amazing. I read somewhere maybe google it if I find the ad I will share a lady who lost over 200 reset my eating a large number of calories like 2500 I think she said worked out and just kept decreasing and it worked she lost her last 37 I think it was in 6 months ... I will look but I do think people pigeon hole themselve in a small amount of calories I see how it happens like right now I want 20 in ten weeks and I am tempted to go to 1400 but I dont think I will I will just keep working and drinking water do as much clean eating as possible and see what happens. Again what an inspiration you are
