So a year ago I decided I was not going to be 300 lbs anymore. These pictures show me at my worst.

I worked my butt off at the gym and at clean and have lost 80 lbs. I have slacked off at the gym but get in hours at the gym and eat decent.

I am just stuck. What would you suggest my next option be. I am thinking cutting my carbs might help. I tried that this past sunday and had no problem with it. Also, cutting sodium I would think would help.

I started out at 302 and currently stay around 222, what would be a good suggestion to help.

Here are current pictures of myself to show you I can do it

Tried to fix it for you, didn't work.

    Also, open your diary.

Two things you wrote jump out
    1) you 'slacked off' at the gym
    2) you eat 'decent'

Without seeing your diary to see what you're eating daily (assuming you're logging each and every day) my recommendations would be to get more exercise and eat healthier.

I opened my diaries to public, thought they were sorry.

I will see if I can get the other two pictures to post.

Sometimes if you hit a plateau it helps to change things up a little at the gym - maybe try a different type of cardio or create a new weight routine. If you have the money, you could try hiring a trainer for a brief period to show you a new routine. Also, double down on making sure you carefully track your food to get back on track. Don't get discouraged if you still don't lose immediately, it can take a bit to break through plateaus! Good luck, you've made really awesome progress so far!
