    Good luck and take it slow.. im a good bit beyond that but my wife is currently on week 5 or 6 and is doing well.. would love to finish a half or maybe a full with her one day..

    Hi guys!
    I mainly run indoor...on an elliptical machine (i know it's not really running, but i feel safer on an elliptical than on a treadmill). I ran outdoor last month, it was nice.
    But it's May now, almost summer, just way too many flying insects everywhere. Better stay indoor. :tongue:

    I did my own fitness plan from roughly couch to 5K. My first run is next week ( actual race not just training) and I am moving into training for a .5 marathon. Feel free to add me here/on the running apps.

    I do 5K s, I actually did a 5M Saturday. I just get outside and run. I have ran 41 miles so far this month...

    Got my season pas the day it was released. Just finished mission 8 of season 2 tonight. :)

    Started a "conservative" couch to 5K program 4 months ago. I am running 16 minutes nonstop at a time. Not much compared to others....but I just keep following the program. Good luck to you!
