30 day shred calories burned?

If you don't have a heart rate monitor what do you log it under? I used a website called fit chick or something and it says I burned 300+ calories. I'm 5'2 about 166. I do sweat A LOT. Like dripping from my face sweat. and i just finished level 1 and moving on to level 2 today. but now I'm afraid for the last 10 days I've been way off becuase I thought I was burning a lot.

    I'm 5'3" and 160 my BodyMedia Fit tells me I burned between 170 and 200 for Workout one. The earlier workouts had the lower calorie burn. As I found it more easy, my burn rates went up.

    Compare your website to MFP & use the lowest value. Neither site can know your exertion level (some people just sweat a lot ... not an indicator either) .... so BOTH are estimates. There is a lot that goes into this calculation.

    Some people will log 70% (or so) for all exercise calories ..... just pick a % ..... use that for awhile & adjust if you are not losing .... or are losing too fast.
  • I'm 5'2, 110. I've found I've burned around 130 for workout one, 170 for workout two.

    circuit training says I burn 303. so that makes me feel a little bit better. Maybe I wasn't as off as I think I am. I will have to invest in a HRM soon.
