Hey i'm a 16 girl trying to put an end to the fat jokes. I'm going to Europe over the summer and Want to be bikini ready. My eakness is snacks. Any Advice? (:

Snacks are okay as long as you incorporate them into your daily calorie goal and try to make them healthy. Snacks are my weakness too, but I've been trying to substitute fruit and veggies for sweets (my absolute downfall). I love baby carrots with hummus which is quite filling or apple slices with a tablespoon of peanut butter. If you try to plan out your meals so that you have a calorie allowance for snacks you should do just fine.0
