If a man or woman lost a lot of weight and has extra skin does this bother you. I have seen people that lost over a hundred and fifty pounds and its not much they can do with the extra skin. they are good looking in the face but ware they were over weight for so long there body has to much skin and dont look so Great. But can u look past this. I know i do but some people just cant. Why do people judge people so much if a person can put off their weight then i dont think u should not judge them like that! It takes a lot of hard work to loose weight and i think its sad people cant look past this! What are your thoughts on this??? Would it bother u that much if u dated someone and they looked drop dead Hot until u seen all this? Im the type that would even date an over weight person because i can look past that. I just think there is more than the looks of a person.

No thought about this at all. Its something a lot of people have to deal with with their weight loss some people will put their weight back on because of it.

It wouldn't bother me at all. It would just show how far they've come and how hard they worked to get there.

I agree i think a person is shallow if they cant look past it. Sorry not trying to be mean but its true. Like i have read they are the persons battle scares from how far they came!

I have never thought about it. Generally speaking, though, if I like someone enough to see them naked, superficial stuff doesn't change my feelings.

What's wrong with a few stretch marks? They are the scars of a champion that endured. A warrior who fought through the pain of losing all that weight. I wear mine with pride.

I do not like the way it looks when the skin is still there after someone has lost a lot of fat. I think it looks icky. For me, I think that if I got big enough to have a lot of flappy skin if I get fit, I would rather stay fat than get or keep that flappy skin.

My wife has stretch marks all over from having our daughter, it just makes her more hot to me. So, if he thinks it is a problem he probably isn't the right guy for you.

Excess skin doesn't bother me nearly as much as poor grammar and the refusal to use punctuation marks. But, that's just me.

I have no problem with my stretch marks. I'm just going to leave them covered up... I might blind people with the whiteness of my stomach if I showed it off.

No it doesn't bother me on someone else, but it does make me self conscious about my own body.

Doesn't bother me. It comes with the territory, and it will tighten up in time anyways.

Also- get some skin firming lotion. It works.

Not stretch marks loose skin there is a big difference almost every woman gets stretch marks from pregnancy. I dont know is it the same thing? Also no way cream would help loose skin im talking about people with loose skin something surgery would only take away. And also creams do not take away stretch marks just a myth in my opinion.... Some people say heavy lifting does it. Show me a pic of a woman that had three C sections and has been over weight for 10 years and that has no loose skin.

Thanks, again i wasn't talking about my self lol I was just making a general topic. because i have heard a lot about this in forums so i figure i would address it. I just think its sad when people think they are better off fat if they have to deal with this because heath is the main issue not how a man or woman looks after weight loss.

I've had family say they would rather stay fat than to look like me. Because of he skin on my stomach, inner thighs and my bat wings.. I've come to realize I am healthier and they just can stay mean and hateful. After 3 years of a healthier me, I don't let them get to me anymore.

I think i would be more bothered with what they thought of my body... really. I know for sure seeing loose skin on the man i love wouldn't bother me one bit.

Nope. If I'm with a guy who is sweet, smart, gentle and can make me cry with laughter, I will love every bit of him - including any loose skin.

Which is handy, as I've got some as well - he'd have to not care, either, or he wouldn't be the guy for me.

Now I just have to meet one of them.

That is ridiculous! You'd rather risk early death from the many health conditions that go along with being obese because you wouldn't want loose skin? I know from personal experience that loose skin can be covered with clothing or surgically removed.
