What lbs actually look like!

Sometimes it's hard for us to understand why losing weight takes so long. We want it to be gone with a snap of our fingers. Here is something that puts it into perspective.

It's easy to forget what 5 lbs lost on a scale looks like. It seems like no big deal. It's actually pretty significant. Oh and by the way...1 lb is 4 sticks of butter!

    Thanks. Now I feel pretty awesome about losing three bags of ice and a bag of oranges. That really is significant!

    I've lost 3 boxes of butter and that is pretty awesome!
