Coccyx pain & Exercise?

To get to the basic point of this post,
I've got quite bad coccyx pain (lower tail bone) due to whacking it on a step after slipping -_-,
I've stopped exercising and weight training seeing as I don't want to do anything to make it worse.
Feel so stuck and defeated, I want to get back into exercising.
Is there anyone else who has this problem? Anything to suggest?
Is exercising and weight training still okay to do?
Would really appreciate any advice or info.

For me, yoga seems to do the job. Any kind of stretching that is going to open the hips and back should help. Otherwise, I'd suggest seeing your doc about physical therapy. Good luck!0
