One thing I hate about MFP are those stupid spam ads. Sigh.

    I've been getting ads for mail order brides from Russia. MFP is as scandalous as it gets for my internetting at work too...(so no idea how they randomly pull that up for me).

    All the girls (including myself) at the office get these (mail order Russian brides) - none of the guys do!

    I don't even notice ads, I'm so used to blocking them out by now.

    Those are based on your browsing activity. The ad on the side of my screen right now is for a slim wallet...because I was looking at wallets recently.

    So either someone else who uses your computer is looking for a mail order bride...or you're all hiding something.

    I just use adblock and never see any of the ads. Though now that I know I'm missing out on checking out some mail order brides...

    I hate that I was on amazon looking at resistance bands, then came to MFP, and the EXACT thing I was looking at on amazon was on an amazon ad at the top of the page....
