Just one??? As I used to eat lots of unhealthy things I don't know if I could pick one... probably pizza, nachos and ice cream... I narrowed it down.

    Gummy bears

I have to totally stay away from them just like an alcoholic has to stay away from alcohol (which, by the way I have to do as well).

The weird thing is, I prefer salty foods to sweet ones, but these things are like crack to me!!

This isn't stereotyping, but I am Italian and I love my pasta and meatballs. For doing WW's, pasta isn't so bad, 1C=5 points, but the meatballs kill me, depending on the size of the meatball it can be 5 pnts and up. :( so just two meatballs can be 10 points. not good :(

    Pasta

It's really the only food I've given up. Everything else I can eat in moderation, but I just can not do that with pasta. I'll eat a plateful (and by plateful, I mean a dinner plate, completely full and heaping, easily 4-6 servings!) and then I'll crave it badly for a week. At roughly 200 calories a serving, that's just not good!

I love it, I love it a lot. But it's just not healthy for me now. So, yes, I've broken up with pasta.

on a daily it's sauces, like salad dressings, dips, sandwich spreads. They so easily turn something healthy into a calorie overload. So hard for me not to go overboard.

If it tastes good, it's my weakness. My most recent one, though? Hotdogs.

Pizza. Forever. I can eat like a whole pizza. I'm not even hungry after a slice or two, I'm just obsessed with the taste.

Food in general is my weakness.. it tastes so good...

I do love brownies and cake and chips.. but i'm pretty good and finding healthier alternatives to satisfy myself with.

Although if I really want it.. I just eat it.. and dont' worry about it.

    :~)

One? That is funny. Chocolate, ice cream, homemade cake, pies, etc. Fried fish, fried pork chops, a thick hamburger off the grill, do you want me to go on?

For me it's peppermint patties and doritos. I now only have a peppermint patty every once in awhile at work only. I won't eat them at home or I'll keep snacking on them. I gave up doritos because they weren't worth the calories they cost and I actually don't miss eating them that much.

    So many choices...

I've got the sweetest sweet tooth, so sugary candy puts me in a frenzy to just have more more more. In general, since cutting back I've been pretty good about moderation for other weaknesses like pizza or burritos, but I avoid things like Laffy Taffy, Skittles or Tootsie Rolls because something comes over me that cuts off my willpower, it's like what I imagine a drug addict feels like.

I actually don't feel like I enjoy the foods I used to, don't like B&J that much anymore, cheesy nachos just taste weird now, even chocolate I can't be bothered with. Mine has to be kebabs though! Always look forward to getting one or two a month!
