Hi my name is Andrew and I just found this site. I have been working out and dieting for 8 weeks now and I have lost 20 pounds. I am looking to drop at least 20 more. I did this by mostly running and eating right. Anybody have any suggestions for new or unique exercises? Feel free to add me, the more friends and ideas the better!
