I am going to try the 3 day diet/military diet. Unfortunately, since I am allergic to a lot of the stuff that's recommended, I am going to substitute it out with things that are similar in calories/sugar/fat, etc. I will let you know the results on Friday!

Also, if you drink a calcium/magnesium powder supplement (I recommend Natural Calm, get it from drugstore.com), it will help you A LOT. It will crave your appetite, regulate your digestive and even help with heartburn/acid reflux. I drink it twice a day. Huge help.

you know its water weight and that you are going to gain it back but you are going to do it?

Whatever happened to eating in a deficit and working out...? or is that too simple...

We all want quick fixes, but we all know how they come back.

You say you need a jump start. Tell me after this 7 day diet what you learned and how you are going to use it the rest of your life.

something like that may work out if you need to fit into a dress for a night or something like that, but you will be gaining most, if not all, of it back when you resume your normal eating.
