Should I count it?

I work in a medical office, and I am on my feet all day... up, down, walking patients all around. Should I count this is the "exercise" part of the diary, even though I am used to it and do it everyday?

No, but it should be part of your activity level.0

depends on how you're calculating your deficit. you should take it into account while calculating your activity level to find out how much you should eat. if you're eating 1200 + exercise calories, then yes, you should find a way to estimate how much you burn. if you're doing TDEE-15/20%, you should consider your work while calculating that.
but yes, definitely take it into account0 -
Increase your activity to lightly active or active and adjust from there.0

I wouldn't but you can put it in your activity level and I think you don't have to workout as much.0

What iamluce said. If you already have your activity level set to moderate, then no.
But for example, my activity level is set to sedentary because I sit in an office all day. So when I go on walk breaks at work, or do a lot of errands on my feet or a lot of cleaning (Weekends) I do include that because my base activity level is so low.0 -
Ok, thx guys!0

I only work 28hrs/week on my feet and I burn even more than MFP gives me at active on those days (depending on the day I've seen my BodyMedia adjust it up anywhere from 300-900 calories). If you want to try a week or two at moderate, see how you do, then increase as you see fit, that might be the best way to go. It might take some time for you to find your "sweet spot" if you will.0
