Post-workout snack ideas

So I like going to the climbing gym at night, but afterwards I'm SO hungry (even though I ate plenty all day) What low cal snack can I eat right after so I don't eat the whole kitchen when I get home?
I can't eat any dairy products(whey included) or soy because it gives me a terrible stomach ache.
Anybody have any ideas?

A protein shake with about 10-20 grams off Peanut butter leaves me so satisfied after the gym0

What kind of protein shake do you have?0 -
I prefer a snack before, and a meal after!
Sun Warrior chocolate flavored Amino-Protein powder-1 scoop mixed with cool water, shake it up and sip before workouts.
Fruit/veggie/protein shake, banana protein pancakes, rice chex with fruit and ground flax seed, or a veggie omelet for breakfast/meal after workouts.0 -
You could try some fruit or, if you remember it from back when you were a kid, you could have "Ants on a log". It's celery with peanut butter and raisins. The celery is low cal and will be a bit filling, the peanut butter has protein to keep you satisfied until you can get to a meal, and the raisins are packed full of nutrients and will give you the quick boost you need.
Hope that helps!0
