5k jog - positive vibes needed

dear mfp'ers

can you please send me some positive energy tonight for a 5k jog, but can continue up to 10k, i am doing in london tonight for charity

when i started on this journey back in january i thought i would set myself a challenge

well it's here and now i am questioning my madness

    Good luck... and yes, have loads of fun! Wish I was there. London is a wonderful city and would be great to jog through.

    thank you. this is local to home in canary wharf, that way i can stagger home :-)

    well i'm nearly 80 lbs lighter than when i made this decision so at least i stand a chance

    i did it!!!!!

    5k in 48 mins - not the fastest time in the world but MY fastest time
    which ain't bad for one of the most unfittest people on the planet

    Well done wibbley! I'm sure your not the "most unfittest person on the planet" - they were all at home on their sofas whilst you were jogging round London.
