Omg really my friend announces yesterday that they set a wedding dat for July 20. That's great right- then she informs me that I'm gonna be in her wedding-Oh wow. Seriously frustrated. Gotta lose 30lbs in 2 months. Any suggestion

1) Focus on your diet. Find out your TDEE (use a calculator online, google it). Take that number and minus about 500 calories. This will be your new caloric intake target.
2) Eat CLEAN foods (Chicken, Beef, Fruit, Veg). Don't drink your calories.
2) Try intermittent fasting. Only eat between 12pm and 8pm. Out of that window, only drink water.
3) Try going to the gym in the morning whilst fasted, your body will use your fat as an energy source and burn it.
4) Do a mixture of Weight lifting and HIIT Cardio.
I lost 20 pounds in just over a month doing this. I know it's going to start slowing down now but 20 pounds is a pretty good start.
Also, if you need motivation, watch Greg Plitt's videos on youtube.0 -
You think 4 days is good for weight train/cardio. I tend to work 3 days a week but they are dbl shift. I do this to free up time for my family.0

I'm in a similar boat! The wedding I'm attending is July 13.
Defmut3, when you said to minus 500 from the TDEE to get the daily caloric intake, mine would be at about 2000. I don't know much about this as I'm still new, but wouldn't that be a little bit too high?0 -

Hm. You're perhaps right. I'd say take in about 1600-1800 calories every day, however remember that losing weight is just calories in vs calories out. If you take in less calories than what is needed to maintain your current weight, you will lose weight.0 -
That makes sense, thank you!0
