5'9 ers Whats your MACROS,MEASUREMENTS, WORK OUT

Macros: 250-300g protein - 150-200 carbs - 75-100 fat - 2320 calories per day

I've been switching up my macros and this seems to work best for me. I get my carbs in the morning and preworkout.

Current measurements: 5'9 176 - 14% body fat

Th: Arms
F: AM 1.5 miles, PM Rest
S: Legs AM Soccer PM
S: Scuba Diving

    Macros: 50% Carb - 30% Protein - 20% Fat - 1460 calories per day (Base calories, not including calories to eat back from workouts -- Usually I am around 1800 - 1900 Calories per day)

    M: Jogging (3 - 5 miles)
    T: Exercise Bike 1 Hour (Moderate - High)
    W: REST
    Th: Exercise Bike 1 Hour (Moderate)
    F: Jog / Sprint Alternating (3 - 5 miles)
    Sat: REST
    Sun: REST

    On weekends I tend to relax more and eat less. I talk evening walks with my wife and dog if I want to eat more. I also play volleyball (non competitive outdoor) a few nights a week. I am looking to drop weight through cardio (~1.5 lbs / wk)
