HI I HAVE JUST JOINED THE MFP, HAS ANYONE TRIED THE 5 ,2 DIET PLAN . JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF I COULD DO THE PROTEIN SHAKES ON THE FASTING DAYS

    I have a protein shake for breakfast on my fasting day. So long as your calories are 500/600 a day it doesn't matter what you have - within reason! Protein is good as it keeps you fuller for longer!

    Hi I just joined. I am done with having kids and now I have to get serious with loosing all that extra weight. I always managed to bounce back after each pregnancy but after the 3rd it seems a little harder. Well I also just stopped smoking and gained 5 pounds. I take any advice. My problems are sweets and eating with stress and just like to eat :) HELP
