    It took me a few tries to get going on this. I could use the support too. My advice: really give yourself over to MFP. Get some good friends, and use it for the great tool that it is. Please add me. (and good luck :))

    I desperately need to lose 15 pounds. I lack motivation and decipline. I dont always eat healthy or exercise :-(( . Dont feel good about it !! I could do with some motivation from friends like you all. Please add me.

    You can add me too. I recently started a little more than 2 weeks ago. I am trying to stay motivated to add in my evening meals...I get lazy and forget - being honest. Anybody wanting to throw a little tough love add me on! I have a long ways to go too but I'm taking it in small steps...right now 20 lbs.

    You're looking for inspiration not motivation. Your own motivation is from you. If you're motivated, then NOTHING stops you from reaching your goal. People can try to motivate you, but if you aren't motivated yourself then nothing they say will get you to do what you need to to reach your goal.
    So write down a specific goal. Specific meaning how much you want to lose, a reasonable timeline to get there, how much you need to lose each month, then break that down into weeks, then into days. Then formulate the correct plan and then make a commitment to follow that plan come hell or high water.
