How many calories would a 120lb person burn from doing umm lets say 100 squats?

    If they are body weight squats, not many. Probably in the range of 10 to 20 calories. But there is a lot of variability from person to person.

    You'll definitely build muscle in your thighs by doing squats. I've been doing them regularly in my workouts and have noticed they've helped tone me up and my legs are so much stronger than they used to be :)
