Anyone? Any info? A training buddy of mine is 12 days in and - holy hell.....

    I don't know a whole lot of info about Advocare. My cousin's husband used it faithfully for a few months and he lost around 100 pounds.

    I am currently on Day 10 of my challenge :) I feel a lot better. Have a ton more energy. I was eating healthy before, but I have no desire for soda anymore (which is great--thank you Spark) and I am feeling MUCH better. I haven't lost a TON of weight yet and I won't know inches until the end but feel free to add so we can keep eachother motivated!

    No, I don't think so. I think he just tries to eat healthy and work out now. He's maintained his weightloss for over a year now.

    My wife and I both did the 24 Day Challenge. I lost 12.5 pounds and 16 inches. She lost 16.5 pounds and 18 inches. The stuff works. Is it sold by a network marketing company? Yes, but that doesn't change the fact that it works. Nor does it change the fact that so many professional athletes use the products.

    One of my friend completed her 24 day challenge just 2 days ago. She lost 14 pounds.
