Protien shake that tastes like a Wendy's Frosty

Omg this is so good!

1 banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond milk
15 ice cubes

Blend well :D

This is divine I use Syntha-6 protein powder chocolate peanut butter :)

    I use plain unsweetened but Vanilla would be fine I am sure

    The protein will come from your protein powder. Every powder is so different you will have to probably calculate nutritional info through MFP recipe builder. I try to stick with 20 to 30 grams of protein but usually the higher in protein it sometimes has more calories.

    I saw this on Facebook and tried it. I didn't think it tasted anything like Wendy's Frosty. Maybe it's the difference in protein powders.
