How tall are you, what do you weigh, what is your goal to lose in a week?0

Need more to go on. Gotta get specific. Nothing happens unless you do.0

I don't believe in juicing. The body burns calories by digesting real food. You should eat whatever you put in the blender and force the body to digest it fully. My humble opinion.0

Rather than juicing, I use my VitaMix and make what I call a juice, but it includes all the fruits and vegetables, including all the good fiber. I count it by creating a recipe listing the amounts, weights, etc. of all the fruits and veggies I add in, then find out how many cups I have when I am done and call that a serving. The recipe maker figures all the counts for protein, carbs, sugars, etc. based on dividing up everything I put in. I use either a low calorie juice (apple or cranberry lite) or water to blend it all.
Sometimes, when I am making a sweeter drink, i.e. mostly fruits, I add in a scoop of protein powder as I have trouble meeting that daily goal. I don't like the vanilla flavoring in the veggie juices, but carrots, celery, cukes, beets, spinach, kale, romaine.... you can toss anything in there. Apples are fantastic natural sweeteners, too!0 -
Forgot to mention, but most of my juice concoctions come out to an average of 50 calories per cup unless I add in the protein powder or tofu or even Fage 0% Greek yogurt, then it is more like 60 calories per cup! It is a great part of my breakfast. I put the leftovers in Mason jars in the fridge and have a cup or two every day.0
