I've been losing for a while and the pounds are the same. Been doing a lot of strength training, so losing inches, but not pounds and I'm okay with that. I'm a size 12/14 and that's awesome to me. Since I used to be a 26/28. It's no longer about the pounds, but how I feel, which is healthy and I look healthy too! :-D
