New to MFP Community and looking for new friends

Hello all! I'm new to My Fitness Pal and looking to meet some great people to share motivation and support and share fitness health tips with. I'm 43 and used to be pretty active. My goal was to lose about 40-45 pounds. I've already lost about 23 so Im about halfway there. Moreover I'm in it for the holistic long haul of overall fitness and health! No matter what your goals are I'd love to make some new friends on here!

    Hi Gary, I too am in it for the health benefits and the long haul. My goal was to lose about 40lbs and after getting really sick in January I lost 20. Since then I have lost another 7 and am feeling much healthier. I don't have many friends on MFP, but it sure helps when things get tough. Feel free to add me. Keep up the great work!!
