    Lowest Weight: 145 (HS- thought I was fat then :/ )

    CW- 206
    HW- about 230 in high school but lost the weight and regained it around 23 or so, recently highest weight, 220.
    LW- 140 when I had a really high metabolism and kept losing weight but was doing no exercise, I looked too skinny. This was right before I regained all the weight.
    Best weight- 160 with 5% bodyfat. This was when I was like 20 years old.
    Current goal weight- To get to 170 or so with about 5-8% body fat.

    Current body fat - 18% (assuming scale is accurate)
    Lowest weight- 98 pounds. I've been obese or overweight since I was eight years old, until just a few months ago. I am in completely uncharted terrain, trying to find a maintenance point and hovering just under 2000 calories a day. I still log my calories every day and will probably do so for years if that's what I need to do in order to maintain my goal weight.

    Lowest weight- 165 lbs (75 kg) at age 24, but that was QUITE underweight. Now I'm at my lowest weight since I was 28
    Goal weigh- 198 lbs (90 kg), but I'm concentrating less on the numbers today since reaching my first weight goal and more on body fat %

    Lowest weight- 150 (two points in my life I was about this weight! whenI was 16 playing soccer and about 10 years ago when I lost quite a bit of weight, but gained it all back due to medications)
    Goal weigh- 145 ideally, but realistically maybe 150-160
