HI, EVERYONE I'M NEW TO THIS AND SUPER EXCITED. I NEVER DID ANYTHING AS FAR AS ASSISTANCE TO HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT. I'M 25, 5'8 AND I WEIGH 180 IF ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LET ME KNOW.
