I wanted to share my success on here. I started my journey at first of dec. I had a lot of tinning to do and bout 45 poinds. Post baby. I work out 6 days a week. Very intense workouts for most part. An instead of just counting calories ingot strict in rating healthy. I'm now down 35 pounds and 25 in all over!!! I have replaced half my body fat with muscle also!! Don't give up it can be done.
