Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set one
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? One bite of brownie instead of the whole thing
What would I have done differently? Counted calories - been slacking on weekends
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, track my calories and go for a walk

~ You DID log in your meals
~ You DID set a personal goal for today
~ You DID acknowledge that you were too busy to exercise, but
~ You DID burn calories, no matter what you did
~ You DID post this message to keep yourself in check!
~ You DID reach out to your MFP community to touch base and indicate that you needed a supportive hand!
~ And you DID already lose 31 pounds!! That is so great! Pat yourself on the back...you deserve it!
Think POSITIVE! The world is far too negative to bring more on yourself! PMA = POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE!

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No - Didn't make it to the gym... ran back in the house to get my magazine, fell, twisted my ankle and scraped my knee :laugh: :noway: I figured I should just stay home...

What would I have done differently? Try harder not to go over my calories since i didn't exercise

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I had a day away with a great friend and we did 18 holes on a beautiful course. Ate healthy, although opted for dessert and a glass of wine with dinner....and one cooler on the course.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a great day.
What would I have done differently? Nothing
What is today's personal goals? Complete my long run............providing I feel better (battling tummy troubles)
exercise weekly progress (Mon - Tuesday) ran a total of 8 km at a 10km/hr pace, (Wed.) Golfed 18 holes, Thurs. (will hopefully run 9 km), (Friday) - rest day, (Sat - Sun) run a total of 6km and do some cross training. (currently training for a half-marathon, therefore run distances and rest days are all scheduled)0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did not go over on calories, tracked my calories and the elliptical for 60 mins
What would I have done differently? Nothing
What is today's personal goals? Elliptical and have fun at a wedding tonight!!!

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Got it done except paying bills, will do that today
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made a healthy dinner for the family even when I didn't feel like it.
What would I have done differently? Skipped the tortilla chips with Habenero dip. Going to have to set aside a serving of that kind of snack and limit myself
What is today's personal goals? elliptical, packing and paying bills. (skipping the shred the house cleaner is working down stairs) Not minding the trade-off today! :laugh:
