Pregnancy to slim (pics included)

I've never been tiny since my first pregnancy with my little boy,but once I had him I piled on the pounds and gave up caring what I looked like and ate everything in sight...Before my little girl was conceived I managed to lose weight at get back down to a size 14,but when I feel pregnant with her I ate junk constantly and vowed i'd lose the weight once she was born,Unfortunately being a single mum to two and one who had severe reflux meant I had little time on my hands so I snacked all the wrong foods and once again I found myself at 15.7 stone!! I knew then I had to change,I was unhappy but I LOVED my food.

I looked into what I was going to do to lose all this weight because i'm no good with diets and always miserably fail so I turned to Jillian michaels and haven't looked back since.

I've done 30 day shred, six week six pack, ripped in 30 and added my own exercises (jogging, spinning ect) into this.
This has taken me since beginning of December until now..I still would like to lose more and tone some more and continue with my exercises daily to maintain and keep losing weight.

Food wise I stopped regular take-aways,cut sugary fizzy pop to diet and just had smaller portions, and instead of eating a whole pizza a night followed by a massive bar of chocolate for grilled chicken and potatoes and jacket potatoes with tuna ect ect...Now i've got to a healthy size (12) I allow treats on weekends and eat healthy all week.

Good luck to you all!!

awesome keep up the great work. I also have done 30ds, rin30 and 6w6p but i never saw major results with any of them. It was that little bit from each that ended up being a decent final result

    I'm 5ft 7, :-)

I've just been eating healthier and using the jillian michael's DVD's and working my butt off at any free point I get.

Now when my children are in bed instead of slobbing out on the sofa watching telly I jog whilst watching telly so time flies by and by time i've finished i've already done 30 minutes!

    Good luck x

Go for it..just keep at it and push through.

Don't get me wrong this journey has been full of tears, tantrums and upsets and moments of wanting to give up like hell but i've pushed through and out the other end now it's a breeze and second nature to choose water over a milkshake these days.

I re-started shred twice because I kept giving up on myself but then I gave myself a hard slap and realised I'm 20 and I do NOT want to be fat and unhealthy any longer!

Amazing, well done :) I started 30ds a month ago, had to stop due to being ill but I'm back to it next week. I'm hoping to do shred daily & alternate with her other Dvd's if I can move ;) after seeing your pics I'm feeling motivated. Well done & thank you x

    That is awesome!
I'm finding it hard to shift the weight after baby #2. I think once we are all in a routine it won't be so bad. My kids go to bed late so there is never really any 'down' time.
Way to go, you look great
