STUCK!!!

I'm stuck. My first plateau after 100 lbs of loss... Stuck between 210-215. I've been here since March. Now I do log, but I use another app for logging because MFP app won't work on my phone, but I was religiously between 1200-1400 cals, then I read an article that I'm undereating and about "eat more to lose more." Upped my calories to 1800-2000 and lost like 2 lbs and bottomed out again. It's like my body refuses to go smaller. Now I'm a 14-16 and this is the size I was before I really gained. I was a 14 from puberty until senior year of high school, so it's like my body thinks it's the default setting. I've never seen myself thinner than this and I'm anxious for it.
I just finished the thirty day shred, and now I'm doing level 2 and 3 every morning. During the shred I lost 2 inches from hips, but no weight. I know inches are what matter, but I really want to get to ONEderland
I am lactose intolerant, and was suddenly breaking out in hives. Found out eliminating splenda (of all things) reduced the rashes, but I was still having occasional itchiness and red boils/welts on my back. It got the worst it's been yesterday after I had cheerios for breakfast with almond milk, and then pita chips with hummus with my salad for lunch. A friend suggested the more wheat I eat, the worse my skin gets. Yesterday I also felt lethargic and had stomach problems like I had had dairy.
Going to cut the wheat and see what happens....
Ideas? Think this could end the plateau?
ideas for exercise that could do it?
Thanks!!

It sounds like you could a have a possible gluten allergy too if your issues are getting worse from the cherrios and pita chips. Try cutting out gluten, or eating less of it. I would also add some weight lifting into your routine. If you need ideas of what to do message me and I can recommend some programs.0

You could be allergic to gluten. It is found in wheat, flour etc...try going gluten free for a while and see what happens. As for the plateau, I've never been able to figure out how to get past that.0

Try going with 1,700 calories and gluten free, switch to corn chex and tortilla chips.0

wow I hadn't even thought about how corn doesn't include gluten. Very smart. I think 1700 and going gluten free is a good plan.
I'm going to up my workouts as well. For the one who inquired about lifting- if you've never done 30 day shred you might not know, but there is an incredible amount of strength training worked in with cardio in intervals. It's been effective, but maybe I need to kick it up a notch.
Going to start P90X tomorrow morning, hoping that it can break the plateau. I only have 10-12 more lbs to go to reach my first big goal. Then I can face my last 50-60 lbs to my final goal.
Wish me luck. Gluten and Dairy Free, 1700/day, and upping my workouts.0
