ok maybe tmi but is anyone else super bloated/ gassy lol ever since i upped my veggies and fruit its constant i dunno what to do very uncomfortable!

  • This is also TMI, but I can't poop! This happened when I went completely vegetarian, too. :(

    I love the way I look, and no - I'm not bloated or gassy anymore (I think I'm allergic to gluten, so that's out of my diet), but I can't use the restroom anymore!

  • you cant poop since you went veg? i drink coffee and that helps a lot! i tried to go raw and the lack of cals caused me to pass out from a workout so now im back to meat but not a lot!

    Story of my life. Best things for bloating: Green Tea, Asparagus, Bananas, Berries, Pineapple, and Water.
    Worst things for bloating: Cheese, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Apples, Peanut Butter.
    Though, you don't have to give up the items on the worst list, just be careful and potentially limit your intake. Though I still eat a ton of Cheese, Apples, and Peanut Butter. :)

    On your next blood test ask the doctor to check your magnesium levels. Mine were way low so I now take a supplement and that gets things moving. (Start slow with magnesium supplements!)

    As for the bloat? Wish I had some ideas. Some days I drink a ton of water and it stays with me, other days I drink very little but can't pass a restroom.
