Back at it after heart surgery.

Hello,

If it's not obvious from my profile, my name is Michael. I have been on MFP in the past, but faded away from the site after having heart surgery in November. Well, I'm back and ready to get in shape. My aortic valve replacement surgery fixed the problem and I'm at 100%. I am looking for motivational people to keep me going as I try to shed 50 pounds this year. I know I can do it, but I need your support. Thank you and good luck reaching your goals! :smile:
