I am a 20 year old young woman looking to lose about 30 pounds. I am only 5'2 and weight about 160 lbs. I use to be a gymnast and use to be very active and after I quit I don'y know why but I feel like I did let myself go. I need to get in shape and I am working out but my hardest battle is eating the right foods and the right caloric intake. Any advice on filling foods anyone??

Eggs, fruit, veggies always fill me up a ton! My go tos for a small snack when I want it to be filling are yogurt, fruit, popcorn, or carrots. After a few days you should get used to eating less and fill up on less food; that's how it's been for me anyways. Good luck, feel free to add me!
