new at mfp need support

just joined mfp a mommy of 2 wanting to be fit and healthy just barely getting to understand what and how to go by it. question if i skip breakfast or anytime meal does that mess me up or is it bad.

    First of all, I am new too! Congrats for taking the first step by acknowledging that you need to be here.

    Second of all, skipping any meal is bad because your body needs to be in the habit of eating otherwise when you start eating more again, you gain the weight back.

    Third of all, ALWAYS eat breakfast. It jump starts your metabolism for the day. I've had doctors tell me that it would be better to drink a coke (not diet) for breakfast than have nothing!

    thank you for your response sienajoelle and ty for that info i just wasnt a breakfast type of person but ill keep that in mind now and of course i would add you the more support we have the better right.
