I have recently tried cutting my carbs and increasing my protein. My daily carb intake is around 75 and protein around 150. I am on the road quite a bit for work so I often find myself eating beef jerky as a snack or other high sodium options. Even at home I may grab some turkey and cheese rolled in lettuce before a kids practice etc. My sodium levels blow through my mfp allowances. What are the risks to this and what other options can I look at. Thanks!

Not a big deal providing you don't have high blood pressure. Check with a doctor if you do.0
