But with my SL 5x5 routine, I've added weighted calf raises to try to build them up0 -
Mine are like 15" or so.
Anyone do calf pressing on the leg press or V-Squat stations? I've done it on the leg press station before but switched to V-Squat station recently as I feel I get a better calf workout on that.0 -
