tdee help!

so my tdee is 2276 and i know you need to subtract from that to lose weight so i subtracted 500 from it and got 1786 so thats what i shiould be eating to lose weight the healthy way? well my fitness pal says i should be eating 1470? im confused now because i dont know which one is accurate ive been at 1200 calories a day and did see a stall on the scale im on weight watchers but i was counting my fruit as points so now i wont anymore and that will put me at 1400 i dunno if i should up it to 1700? since thats what it comes out to subtracted from my tdee i do workout everyday and burn around 700 calories so idk help please!

    In my oppinion, you should go for the TDEE minus 500. You will set you activity level for whatever much you´re exercising and not eat back your exercise calories (since they then already are calculated in.) Yes, eat the 1700. Work your way up slowly- I went from 1200-1800 calories without gaining.

    Go for the 1700-1800 now! Most the time the more calories you consume; the more weight you lose! Don't slow down your metabolism by eating "too less"! Your body needs fuel to burn!
