Hey guys!! I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any great Pilates DVD's. I am almost to my goal and I'm really starting to think alot about toning. I have heard that Pilates are a great way to tone up. If anyone knows of a good one, please let me know. Thanks in advance guys!!! :)

    i used to have the windsor pilates DVD, and i could feel the difference in the first week.

    I LOVE the 10 minute solution Pilates DVD's. My favorites are Rapid Results and Pilates Perfect Body. You can get these for less than $10 on half.com or amazon.com

    Anything by Stott Pilates is great. I also like New York Style Pilates. I got a great price on Stott stuff at Ross Dress For Less and found my NY Style on ebay pretty cheap.
