I am a mom of two teenagers and have been struggling with my weight the past ten years. I will loose a few then gain back a few. I work out at least 4 times a wk, but am not seeing the number go down on the scale. My problem tends to be that I like to snack in the evening when I am watching tv. I eat fairly healthy during the day, with the occasional slip, but after supper is when the snacking begins. I have gotten to the point in my life that it is time for a serious change. By working out I am toning but I really would like to see the number on the scale come down. I am at 166 now, but I would like to get down to at least 135. I have been there before, so I know it is possible.

Hey Good Luck! You can still eat snacks, just make them raw carrots or celery or even roasted almonds.
I admit it. I love to snack. All day actually. I have tried to cut them out but failed. So now I go for the 90 calorie yogurt or the stuff above. It helps because I tend to eat less during the meal times.
All the best!:happy:0
