We are actually cancelling ours. We recently purchased a full setup of free weights and we have the beautiful outdoors to get our cardio in. Deuces to our membership! :) That will save us exactly $640.08 a year.

...getting Bowflex weights might've been the best decision I ever made. they're expensive but not compared to the $60/month gym membership. and plus they're always in my line of sight, mocking me. lol.

We found a weight bench with a squat rack and leg extension, weight tree, 4 dumbbells, over 300 lbs of weight, an olympic bar and delivery for $120. Best buck 20 we have ever spent. We were able to lift last night while our 7 year old daughter was in the tub.

Beach...waves crashing, sound of faraway seagulls. A cold, sweating beer in my hands. And once I finish that, the sound of waves lapping against the side of my kayak.

    I'll be there next week!
